The server does remember the user from the first time he/she's left a message but there is a little clickable link next to the "Welcome back [Username]" message which says "change". If the user clicks this, he will be able to change his username and email add if he likes. And there he will also find a box to enter the required anti-spam word for the current comment. Once he enters the anti-spam word, his comment will be posted with no problems. Apparently, the first time someone posts there is no problem. But once the computer recognizes that user, it tries to show a confirmation code for the user to type in. All you need to do is sign up with google analytics and copy the code into the box which you can find by clicking google analytics in your admin panel.
