Now that you have setup your website and also learnt to login and change a few personal details, it is now time to start thinking about what your site might look like.

The standard theme is OK, but not for everyone. Changing the design of your site is basically a one click affair.

Login to your admin panel and select the presentation option. You are then presented with screenshots of all the different themes that are currently installed. There are more being added all the time.

Browse down the screen and choose a theme you like by clicking on the screenshot with your mouse. After a very short wait your chosen theme will appear at the top of the screen and that’s it.

You can then view your site;

Sometimes themes have further customisation features, such as Fauna. Fauna is a nice theme which allows you to change the header image, choose which side the sidebars go and even select what information is shown on the sidebars. I will write a tutorial on the Fauna theme very soon.
